ProlineWebServer has had a severe hardware malfunction today (Oct 23, 2008). As a result all data on the server has been lost. The hard drives that typically stored the files for the websites crashed and is unreadable.

We understand that your files are confidential and very important and we have committed ourselves to try and recover this information as quickly as possible but there is a strong chance that the data has been permanently destroyed.

We are in the process of restoring websites but this task may take some time and sites that use database functionality may not be back online until the a third party data recovery service is successful restoring the disk that failed.

We at prolineWebServer are very sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused and will work to correct the situation as quickly as possible. In the meantime please refrain from calling technical support for issues until this message clears this page.
